In his case… hospitalization might be the only way…and just the tip of the iceberg…
Oh My! This reminds me of explaining how my Gma was in the hospital because she was full of (stuff). The doctor laughed at my accurate but nontechnical terminology.
Medically, an enlarged heart is bad. Spiritually, it’s good.
The old guy does have have a very loving personality.
