A really ratty little black cat was hanging around my patio today (may be the younger of the pair I saw at a distance (near my back wall) the other day) but it was so scrawny and sad looking I did not chase it off (even thought of catching to take it to animal services, but I KNOW they have so many cats that they don’t accept strays. I just wish someone would have them neutered.
