The actor who plays Super Dave Osborne is Bob Einstein. He has an equally famous brother named Albert, who changed his stage name to Brooks. If you want proof, see: http://bobeinstein.com/biography.htm

Perhaps he should call the Mr. Obvious show.

He’s such an Einstein because he can’t tell the difference between a popsicle and a chocolate-covered ice cream bar!

Yeah, looks like a fudge bar. At least he’ll be able to find his way home by following the trail of drips.

Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that’s not a popsicle.

I knew that ice cream would provoke controversy. I could point out that when I was a kid we called all ice cream on a stick a popsicle, like we called all types of soda pop a Coke. The mundane reality is that I added the solid black on the ice cream last because the drawing looked bland without it.

All is forgiven, Richard. The only reason we fans even mention such things is because we’re just a bunch of Einsteins.

Ummm, dark frozen treats on a stick could be purple popsicles, and the white part on the bite mark might simply be frost. It could happen.

If I remember correctly, popsicles have two sticks, and there are two distinct pieces attached at the middle, which can be easily separated.
