I never bought lunch in school. I sometimes brought 30¢ for milk.

I remember when milk was 5cents. Lunches were 60 cents.

Lean Cuisine’s salmon with basil.

No lunch. Had breakfast.

Home made Salad & roast beef sandwich

I’m splurging today! Spam, sauerkraut and potatoes from my garden!

big fat jucy burger, fries and a huge chocolate malted shake

Strawberry and banana yogurt smoothie and a roll.

Today will be Olive Gardens eggplant parmasean with minestrone soup.

My answer? Then no money, and no lunch.

Here’s MY trick… they spend their own $ and then ask me for reimbursement; they know mom isn’t going to pay them back for “junk!”

…they spend more wisely when it’s their own money on the line…

now are we talking money or what the majority of the people thought when they voted in ’08? (i personally was in the minority so i identify with the last frame.)

Today? I had a 1/2 ham ((uncured) and cheese on seeded rye with homemade bean salad and assoted olives as well as grape tomatoes. In HS: I had a hot dog with mustard and real old Pepsi (sugar-laden) in th juke joint across the street from my HS (I may have even added some bourbon).
