Depending on the time of year , I weigh between 163 and 171.

Is that a Green Bay Packer helmet lamp on the nightstand? +10 coolness points.

Between 152 & 160 usually.

Elliot has a strange definition of fat.

I have a good healthy BMI and plan to stay that way. And finally this year I get to keep my shoes on in the airport (75). NOW, if only they wouldn’t hassle me about liquid quantities!!

Hopefully at least slightly less than 190—this is the most I’ve EVER weighed. Good thing I got back in the gym! By this time next year, chicks will be confusing me with Magic Mike! lol

I wonder what makes Elliot think his father is fat? He’s pretty trim to me.

Asking someones weight is worse than asking their age! That being said, 140 and I need to lose about 10 pounds. More walks are in order now that it’s a bit cooler. Sitting in A/C all summer and drinking iced cappuccino ended up making the jeans a bit snug.
