I did! Spanish in High School. The whole class cheated. The nun teaching it was about 125 and nobody could figure out what she was nattering on about. The tests were standardized so we wrote the answers on our arm, pulled down the sleeve of our uniform sweaters and we all passed; About 18 of us.

She wasn’t the only one who needed to be in an Assisted Living Facility. My freshman history teacher/nun used to tell us the birdies in the trees outside were saying Cheep Cheep, and that was what we were: cheap, cheap. Good grief!

I got called to the principal’s office in high school with my jock lab partner and asked if there was anything I wanted to say about the last science test. I had no idea what they were talking about. My partner on the other hand kept turning whiter and whiter. I found out I was about to get suspended for a week. I had a 3.8 GPA, because my lab partner had all the same answers on the last science test. Unfortunately for him we had 2 different tests. I had no idea he had done this nor any idea if he had done it before. Luckily for me he did admit that I knew nothing about his cheating and I didn’t get suspended. Of course since he was a star on the football team he only got detention.

I hate to admit it, but yeah, 10th grade Geometry. There were 4 of us who “hung out” together. Mary Ann was the brilliant one, esp. in Geometry. We all sat in the back of the classroom all beside each other. We had this brilliant idea to move our desks closer together so we could copy Mary Ann’s answers. Well, Mrs. Wagner was old, but she sure wasn’t dumb. FIrst tip-off? How close we had our desks pushed together! We got 2 days after school detention. Our parents were NOT happy, and Mrs. Wagner separated us for the rest of the school year! :-D This was 1968, 1969? I never cheated again though!

Once in a college earth science class. We were testing over the geology section and there’s just took damn many of those rocks to remember what they look like and all the names and where they are found and what they are used for and ahhhhh! I may have been a tad overloaded that semester. I felt really guilty about it because I liked the teacher so much. He was a good teacher and a sweet guy. To make up for it, I went on a day long rock hunt that started at 6am. It was a different class and a few kids from my class. My teachers wife made us these cute rock collecting bags out of old jeans. Apparently she was as sweet as he was.
