Tony’s QOTD: Rare or well?
Medium-rare for me. The rest of the family prefers medium. Though, my son is starting to come to the medium-rare side. It’s early in the season, and I’m still working on the timing. They’re still attracted to the medium-well side.
When I saw the QOTD on FaceSpace I immediately thought steak. Ans: Black and Blue

Who wants theirs Don King?
Doesn’t look like they have a choice if they want steak. Other than eating somewhere else. I know I would. Don’t like my steaks extra chrispy.
It finally occurred to me the attraction of grilling outside… it keeps the collateral damage out of the house.
