Sharp knives are essential in the kitchen, especially for opening all those items sealed in steel like plastic!

I brought a microwave dinner to work for lunch. When I went to nuke it, the instructions said, “Lift corner to vent.”So I pulled the corner up and proceded to tell my co-worker what I didn’t like about our job.

I’m so glad I eat no prepared foods anymore. I made 8 pizzas yesterday with whole wheat flour and flax seed (sandwich bag size) – serve with 1/2 plate of fresh red pepper, jicama and cucumber. Takes a little time to make and freeze them but good for over a month of that meal. I also do a whole turkey breast (organic free-range, roasted w/fresh herbs and white wine) and have various things with turkey servings.
