My evening radio DJ said to the listening audience, “Happy Brown Friday to all the plumbers”. It is a real thing! Because of all the over indulgence for Thanksgiving… there is a high number of people calling for help with clogged toilets. But because of people using their garbage disposals… the sewer system also gets a bit clogged. So… Brown Friday is the start of a very profitable weekend for plumbers!
A friend of mine has crab legs every thanksgiving … no leftovers … zip, zero, nada …none … even the shells go into the compost (a component called “chitin” is a natural bug repellent) …!

What’s a “leftover” turkey leg? I’ve never seen one at my house. :-D
