Once again, Burl projects his own personality onto others.

Oh my, the Narcissus twins are jealous. Though of what, I’m not quite sure. Maybe they think that our hero will receive some intimate thanks from one of the local lovelies later on. One thing I’m pretty sure of is that neither of these two bozos is likely to get lucky any time soon.

If it isn’t marked with a US denomination, Burl can’t be bothered to save it.

Sometimes I’d really just love to give Burl a dagger up the strap. Jer ain’t on my list of Favourite People, either.

He was fishing on the Cal-Sag channel with his brother-in-law when a 50 pound Asian Carp flew into the boat. They used oars and the beer cooler to subdue the fish but pretty much beat the snot out of each other in the process..That’s my guess.

If I remember correctly, Burl IS the Captain of Civil Defense, so he got saved by this guy? And now, instead of gratitute, he is jealous and wants the attention of the ladies too.

I’m surprised Burl will sit so snugly with Jer. I wouldn’t
