It sounds like a store that got tired of people rejecting deliveries because the box got scuffed and delivery guys filing for back injury disability the first week on the job.
They could always go with U-Haul, but I don’t think those two would ever pay for a rental. Considering how cheap they are they’ll probably return the purchase and find someplace that does deliver.
Looks like it will be open the box and take home a couple of things at a time (while somebody waits with the box). My mom and I had to do that once with a bunch of patio pavers. Too much weight for the car to make 1 trip.

First thing I think about before buying anything that big, it how to get it home. I wouldn’t do business with that place.
