When they check your height and weight why do they take an inch away for your shoes. They don’t take any pounds away for your shoes, clothes, car keys, cell phone and other items in your pockets.
The doctor probably won’t care if a few tongue depressers disapear, but I think they have to keep track of the syringes (in case they end up in the hands of addicts), and they’re really going to notice if a blood pressure cuff ends up missing.
