I’m more or less with Luz. Just because it’s comedy doesn’t mean that someone won’t get the idea it shows acceptable behavior, especially when that behavior doesn’t tie into the punchline. As for cartoon biology, it’s too bad we can’t tell what exactly Doug did. Was it too gross to show?
Doug’s arm stretching out of the frame; THAT’s comedy. Doug’s posture in a harmful carrier, which I often see in real life; a very serious matter. Thankfully I’ve got more important things to tend to, than “get the life” some of the comments imply I should. ;-)
I do not recoomend a front loading child carrier for men. I once went shopping with my daughter while wearing one in that position. A vascectomy almost moved to the position of being a redundant operation. She didn’t care at all. After all my pain was not even a theoretical concept to her.

The baby carrier is totally wrong. Doug’s leg should NOT be dangling like that. Too much pressure on the crotch, people!

It’s amazing how toddlers arms seem to stretch like that.

I prescribe a Re-Viewing of “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”

I thought that was a finger up the nose (compleate with a pull outward) or maybe a fist applied, but I doubt it was just a little tweak.
