Teleportation. Makes up for the fact that their breath smells of dead mice and beetles.

Many years ago, our English Springer Spaniel Zachary was standing beside me and my wife in the kitchen of a vacation home. We looked at the kitchen window for a moment (< 2 sec), and when we looked back, Zach was standing calmly on the four foot high bartop. Bouncing above the tall grass in an unmown pasture was another of his traits that garnered the “Springer” in his breed name.

Dogs can do that as well, they just land harder and get in bigger trouble.

I’m often jealous of my cats since they can sleep all day and do nothing, they have no responsibilities.
