I saw the first movie, way back in ‘79, and I loved it, but I never got into any of the other movies or TV series. There was nothing wrong with them, they just didn’t capture my imagination like the first one: seeing Darth Vader, R2D2, and the lightsaber for the first time.
For myself, I draw the line at the TV series; never watched it, never will. There’s just something marvelous about going to a theater, buying snacks & then sitting down to watch a film as wondrous as ‘Star Wars’ on the big screen…
