A little wooden horse my mom painted for me. Got my peppermint ice cream and chocolate mint candy canes. Ready for anything now!

I have a giant red and green glass ball that I hang little trees from.

Beautiful! Sure Love & enjoy your art always. Merry Christmas Lomax family! … so many fave ornaments, but have one with my Dad’s photo that is now my favorite.

The first time I went to Disney World, I bought a Sorceress Apprentice hat, and we use it as decoration.

That is just beautiful! I haven’t put up a tree for many years now as we always stay at our daughters over the holidays (not this year, though). I do have precious ones my kids made over the years. I also collected Campbell’s ornaments. I started in the 70’s and have ones for most years from then on.

Why just have a tree for Christmas?

I have a teddy bear that my grandmother had. It watches over the Christmas tree.

I have a pink bell with a crystal clapper that hung on my Grandmother’s tree.

I like keeping my Christmas decorations up until mid-January. Even then, I hate taking them down.

A set of 3 crystal angels, my daughter gave me when she was in the third grade. I will give them to her daughter when she marries next year. I wish I had some of my mother’s ornaments. She’s been gone 25 years. I still miss shredding fresh coconut on Christmas Eve for her to make her famous coconut cake. Sweet memories. Thanks for the lovely strip, Melissa. Merry Christmas
