Roland: Mrs. Caucus, you were one of Mrs. Davenport's closest aides. How do you feel suddenly being out in the cold? Joanie: Well, I'm a working mother, so obviously I'm not thrilled. But the circumstances were both compelling and unique. I mean, I lost my job because my boss had the courage to act on her remarkable sense of honor. I can live with that. Roland: But won't you be tainted? Joanie: I can only hope so.
