    We’ve always been tribal. We like to associate with others who we feel we have opinions and other attributes in common. That makes us comfortable and we like to be comfortable.

    And the trend is getting worse. Calls for integration and assimilation is the new racism. Now more than ever with the influx of immigrants from around the world. My grandparents demanded that their children become part of the dream. Today it is all about carving out an enclave. Even with blacks with 10 generations in the US.
