Norman: The light turned green and the car in front of us isn't going. Patrick: Honk at him! Norman: Honking might make him mad. Patrick: Flash your lights at him! Norman: That could be misinterpreted. I know... I'll turn on my windshield wipers at him!
When a traffic light turns green, I give the person in front a 5-second grace period then use the horn for a quick beep. With the proliferation of smart phones and the idea that being “away” from social media for any time is unthinkable, that is happening a lot more.
