So do the Big Ten officials when MICHIGAN is playing. The bias against the Blue Meanies is palpable. MICHIGAN’s reputation for being a so-called “liberal” institution explains the bias. Every MICHIGAN MAN knows this.
I have two TVs in my room. The little one always has sports on with the volume off! (Bob Costas never shuts up) And I hate it when the color commentator says “watch this” when we’re already watching. can’t stand listening to Thom Brennaman.
I know 1 Football announcer who was upset, cause the refs said the pass was incomplete, and he couldn’t believe it.. mostly cause he had money on the game.
Sounds off when Manchester United play-the announcers talk about the great history of the other team, etc. Of course, the way Man U are playing now just want to leave the TV off…
I almost never listen to the Broadcasters. The only ones I ever enjoyed listening to were Jack Buck, and Dizzy Dean and Pee-Wee Reese (and that’s going way back!)…
I am a graduate of University of Nebraska. I went there because the N on the teams helmet stood for knowledge…I went there for the women, football and beer.

I keep the sound off because the crowd noise makes it impossible for me to understand what’s being said.

I watched the World Series with the sound off. It was an improvement.

Tim McCarver never liked the Red Sox because he spent parts of two season with them but almost never played because he was Carlton Fisk’s backup.

Tony Romo. He has got to be the worst announcer in the history of football.
