I’m in my 70’s, and I’ve NEVER repeated stories…that I can remember. (Or did I already say THAT?)

My brother takes after my father and loves to repeat stories ad infinitum. He used to visit a guy he worked with who had Alzheimer’s and reminisce over and over.

that’s a story I’d like to hear

It’s true. The husband is the wife’s first-born child.

But, repetition is how children set things to memory…

There comes a time when you don’t remember if told the story before. I’ve to the point that I’m lucky if I can remember the story.
