Besides, all the want ads I see these days, for jobs same as that and beyond, are all phrased pretty much the same as that. Nobody wants to hire someone of clearly untrustworthy standing, it’s just not good business. I mean, you wouldn’t hire a known pickpocket to run your cash register, would you?
Also, speaking as a former Boy Scout, that ad reminds me more of the Boy Scout LAW rather than the Boy Scout OATH (there is a difference), but you know…little quibbles.
