Growing up in Montreal our big celebration was May 24, Victoria Day and every household had its own fireworks. Seventy years later I still have a little scar on my arm where a stray spark landed. Happy days.
After a wet spring and a very dry June here in Arizona, they are very worried that people will set off wildfires with their fireworks, which are legal in Arizona.
