Huh. Can’t say I’ve ever seen parents getting gifts for their kids school teachers before. The kids the teacher teaches, yes, especially in the early grades…but not so much the parents specifically. Any gifts were typically little things the kids did themselves of their own volition.
In fact, I’m not sure how interested the teachers I had would’ve been in that, parents getting them gifts too…

I can see mugs and fancy pens, but perfume?!! That stuff’s super expensive.
