Use the gears!! I’m constantly shouting at my grandkids on mountain bike rides; low #s means easier to pedal. They are finally catching on. I am having a hard time keeping up with them.
I’m signed up for the century (100 miles) of our yearly Glassner Autumn Challenge. I’ll probably cut it to the metric century (100 kilometers, or 62 miles), as I’m woefully undertrained for 100 miles, and it’s coming up on the 19th.
Did 40 this morning and could have done more, so I know I can do 62.
