Frost and foremost, roll yourself into the nearest walk-in fridge.
Instead of an HMO or PPO, he has an SNO.
Maybe a glass of whole milk (or ice cream) everyday/
And next time (if there is a “next time”) don’t leave a big puddle all over my floor!
