If you are not bidding on the originals of Aaron’s work, I encourage you to at least order the prints. I received mine today, and I have to say they are gorgeous. I cannot see how Aaron can produce them for the amount he is charging. Please don’t forget the originals, but if you are short of money, as we all are this time of year, and you are a fan of Endtown, Order these prints. They would make great gifts by themselves, order two or three of each. I am blown away by the great colors and fine reproduction in evidence in each. No better way to support Endtown than owning a great set of prints. Buy the original and stick it in your safe—you know it’s gonna be valuable someday. Then get the print to hang on your wall! You’ll be glad you did! Email Aaron at aaronneathery@gmail.com to order.

Aaron sure knows how to leave you hanging. My guess this place is a archive of sorts or a religous place run by a crochtety but wise old goat almost as sharp as doc Mallard. Just a guess

Who wants to see how gravity works? I promise, it’s a field of science you’ll fall for. First experiment, how fast does a koala fall from the top of a clock tower?

Well, at least there not a field of red roses surrounding the tower and a gravel path leading to it. Is this where the local sage lives? Will he have the time for this? What if he’s on the fourth floor when Holly knocks at the ground floor door? No doorbell?

This will identify the newbies from the regulars by those who think it’s Aaron Marx. The door would indicate a full-sized person. The width might indicate a fairly large person also. Could it be the Mayor????Nah.

“Five stories tall with a ledge…Hmmmmm…”

And the the way, boys, with all due respect to Rooneys and the Steelers (and 30 other NFL teams), the Green Bay Packers ARE football: Thirteen league championships, 21 Hall of Famers and counting, consecutive sellouts dating back to 1960 and the fans literally own the team (I’ve even got a share). Nobody touches that.

Finally, a shot of the roof. Looks like lighting to mimic sunlight? Wish the tech of Endtown was better explained. We know they forage/gleen topside but do they have resources (oher than the citizens) to rely on of their own? Minerals? Geothermal? Fungus Gardens…Lol? I’ve illujstrated and written for the Tai-Pan Project for mny years and they ar sticklers for getting the science right so the stories hold together well. BTW- Love this storyline.

Lets see……..Koalas weight about 50 pounds give or take.Gravity pull at the rate of 32 feet per second per second. Tower at least 40 foot height. About 5 seconds to fall.Near terminal velocity about first floor. Head down, minimize drag. Scrambled eggs anyone?

I did get her. Victory Loves Preparation (and a really good timer)No disrespect is meant in the bidding. It is bidding and tactics do work. Funds were a little short this month so to get her I had to resort to tactics. Wife is sick with the chest flu going around. She is really icky. Saw the doc and she is fixed up with medication to keep it from getting too bad. Darwinskeeper is a worthy adversary so I had to use alittle tactics to win. May never happen again but one never knows.Time for bed. Peace to all and out.

Sorry about that chief. Must be a bad reaction to my meds. Great! I have day surgery Monday, and my meds are acting up. They are just putting stents in my bile ducts, but I just know Her Highness Windy, Duchess of Flatulence, will wake me regularly by punching my bile ducts repeatedly after the surgery. It’s true, pets can sense their human’s sickness, but this cat I rescued uses that sense against me. From the Æther,JusSayinPS: I deleted my post because clock towers and automatic weapons really can be offensive in a certain light. Should’ve gone with the Hunchback reference to Esmeralda.

No reason to remember formulas when you have the internet. Using Unit Conversion dot Org, we can get the number of meters in 50 feet (15.24). Then, Gravity Calc dot Com gives a drop time of 1.76 seconds and impact speed of 38.6 mph. Still not guaranteed to be fatal for something as small and furry as a large koala, but it will definitely leave a mark. Practice assignment left to the student: “how much work is expended in carrying a 45 pound koala up 5 flights of steps (assume a total of 50 feet in height) 6 times?”
