    He’s new to the office. He’s always had a field assignment. Something in staffing and worker satisfaction, I believe. Not production. He started out at Gateway as a corporate image consultant. Sadly, his experience did not prepare him well for the head office. After his 24th memo on the quality of grass, he was terminated and now works in customer support for Tucows.

    It would have been more appropriate to refer to the cow as “she,” especially since the strip is referring to a dairy farm. But, of course, that’s the problem with a lot of people: they forget that a woman is capable of working their way up to positions of power and first think of male characters. The humans on the board are predominantly male, with just one frumpy looking female, and she’s the only one that doesn’t have paper in front of her.
