It’s not your eyesight dear, it’s those dumb twisty and inferior light bulbs! And to add insult to injury, they are all made in China! By 2012 you will not be able to buy a regular light bulb in the USA. When the twisty ones hit the dumps in this country, mercury will be the next problem.
The US needs to start making things again and become a producer not just consumers.

For Sale by Owner. Used compact florescence bulbs. Good for recycling. Have no where to store, can’t place in trash. Stock grows daily.

I took one to fire department and asked how to dispose of it. They had no idea except to throw in the trash, so I did.
