It takes me longer to eat also. [mostly trying to clean whatever has fallen onto my shirt at dinner]I try to color-coordinate [red- Italian/green & white -Chinese, yellow – eggs, etc..]It’s still a mess, but I make it look GOOD!
I always say, “I look good in what I eat!”
