I read a book in high school about Sarah Bernhardt and loved it. And when I was out of school I read it two more times. Sarah Bernhardt: Great Lady of the Theatre.

Public Service Announcement – I read my state’s driver’s license manual yearly. Only takes a couple of hours, new laws don’t take me by surprise (some folks still don’t know the “Move over” law), and I “re-remember” stuff I’ve forgotten since I was sixteen.

    Here’s Tennessee’s manual – https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/safety/documents/DL_Manual.pdf

I have re-read many of my books. The stories are good, the characters are quirky, the places they take me are adventurous and comfortable all at the same time : )

My gold standard for a book is whether or not it’s worth re-reading.

At this point I have to wonder if she retains what she reads to discuss it at the book club.

I’ve reread books and not realized it until I was into the last chapter.
