Tregg’s argument is nonsense anyway. If Flo is on her, she is probably above her, so Tregg has to look up to her.
(Technically “on” has several senses that don’t involve being above, such as attachment: “a wart on his nose.” But I digress as usual.)
Mentors encourage others to do better. Often that is interpreted as harping.
Grandma can’t be expected to do everything for a full house of people.
