April: Our band's getting ready to play at the high school. We auditioned last week, an' the guys organizing the Christmas concert let us in! We've been going there for classes since September, so some of the older kids know who we are - but they've never seen us play! Becky is so pumped! There's a guy in grade 12 she's totally crazy about, so she wants him to see her onstage! Elly: Becky likes a boy in grade 12? April: Mom, boys our age are OK, but the ones in grade 12 are more interesting...they've got, like,...character! Elly: You mean they've got, like,....cars.
