Elly: I'm not complaining, Connie. I just said that it's hard to toilet train two teething babies at the same time! Connie: I told you a puppy would be a lot of work, Elly - you were the one who said you wanted to get out of the house! Elly: I DO get out of the house!!

I love the little scooty motion marks behind Farley! You know, I thought about that phrase, and it still doesn’t look quite right. Oh well, posting anyway.

I think that may be his tail.

They usually call those lines just “motion” lines, but in Farley’s case “scooty motion” lines will suffice. The phrase may not LOOK right, but it sounds perfect for the pup because he is…”scooting” along. And, yes, that does seem to be his tail.

I vote for not his tail. His tail is a stub of a thing. Could be motion marks for the tail, or just sidewalk surface background.

Looking at it again, it COULD be a leaf blowing around his butt area. It seems to have some kind of form to it like the other leaves. Don’t think they could be “scooty” lines because they don’t seem to be moving too much against the wind and all.

I think his stubby li’l tail is mostly blocked by his leash and those are scooty motion lines behind his fanny. That’s just like how a puppy toddles along!

Sorry to hear about your son, OldLegoDad.
Yep, a Jack Russell is high-energy and high-maintenance. You have smart friends.
And those three, maybe four (I got out a magnifying glass) little marks behind Farley’s fuzzy little butt are indeed scooty motion lines, not tail, leaf, or windgust.
