I remember doing that, I also remember losing a toy doing that. Capt. McCool, you will be remembered.

At my house, you’d not just get the car, you’d get a dozen kitty dingle-balls and at least 7 catnip mousies!

Michael is smart. He’s doing that to get Elly and John to buy him bigger toys. I’ve got to try that with MY mom! >:-D

At least the underneath of the frig won’t need to be cleaned for awhile now. I think I have about 2 dozen pens under my frig. My cat loves to play pen hockey in the kitchen.

When you pull the cat toys out from under the refrigerator/stove/bed/sofa it’s a new toy to the cat.

Yeah there’s always more cat stuff under there than anything else.

My dogs are always losing their toys under the fridge, then they try to excavate.

Fortunately, most of today’s refrigerators are on rollers, so it’s no big deal to pull it out and get to things that have collected under it! But not so 30 years ago when this first appeared…

mroberts88 - I want to apologize to you for the comment I made the other day about my wife eating like a trucker. I can easily see how you would have interpreted my comment as you did.

cleokaya, dont worry about it. Just remember, that all I know about you and yours, is what you put down in text.

The last frame was supposed to show Michael flinging the car back under the fridge again. The “fun” is seeing how many times you can get mom on the floor before she blows up.

These commints where more fun then the strip. For unlike mom we could see son doing this on purpose. Our cat has never played with anything to go under any appliance or furniture. He likes handles on plastic grocery sacks.

Elly’s making it look like it’s such hard work to retrieve the stuff under the fridge, but I don’t remember it being THAT hard.

Well cheer up, Elly…at least you’ve earned a soak in the bathtub! No, seriously.

summerdog - The hard part is getting down that far! My fridge isn’t on wheels either and lies very tight to the floor. Its very hard to get stuff out from under.
