Thats why I hate when people post ultimate 1st, 2nd, 3rd birthdays, extravagant parties that the child most likely was terrified of or slept through them!
I was reading about an old time actor, Don Ameche. His kid was invited to a birthday party for a friend, it would be his fifth birthday. Ameche found the party was to cost 40K. This was back in the 40’s or 50’s or something and REAL money. Ameche quit Hollywood and moved his family to the midwest. He came back for the movie Cocoon many years later.
