    Right, but wrong. To avoid visible sweeping motions across the screen, each one of those scans draws horizontal stripes covering exactly half the screen, then comes back and does the other half, relying on the persistence-of-vision effect to fill in the blanks. So the refresh rate is only 30 Hz. Even so, 30 Hz frequency works out to 33-1/3 milliseconds rep rate, and I seriously doubt even Peter’s reflexes can beat that.
