My brainy sister was sure she’d be valedictorian. Her yearbook reads “Me thinks the grapes were sour”

I never had such high aspirations My yearbook read ‘Party Hearty, Man”

And my yearbook said “And all my LOVE to Tommy”and “Remember the Ruinite” Well I did end up actually marrying him and we’re still married 17 years later. But wait, that’s not the point, where was I again? Oh yeah! We write such silly things in our yearbooks!

80’s, if it’s not too personal, what is “Ruinite”? I found some things on Google (and a lot of Riunite commercials), but “Ruinite” seems to have something to do with either horses or heavy metal, or (shudder) both. Signed, Curious Ray in Melbourne Beach

Spammers not taking the holiday off I guess gocomics is. I don’t know how to hack into different computers like schools for grades. Jason is so good in math he will end up passing.

I wish every a safe Memorial Day weekend as we remember what the day really means to the ones who lost their lives for our freedom.

Oops! it was a typo.. I meant Riunite..ya know, the commercial states: Riunite on ice, that’s nice..it was a twist off bottle of wine-which incredibly is on a lot of good wines now

Thanks, 80’s, and congratulations on 17 great years. The first seventeen are the hardest, they say. And you can still get some pretty cheap wines with corks, too. Go figure.

Of course you realize this is all buildup to him getting a B. (pure guesswork, I haven’t read this arc before and hate spoilers. It’s something Amend would do though.)

I’m finding that smarts are less about degree than kind. Nice to learn that starting at 50, after the whold world seemed geared to telling me (and us all) quite the opposite…
