Combining rocketry and archery?  (I thought Jason was too smart to split an infinitive…)

As the joke goes, “to boldly split infinitives where no one has split them before”.

From what I understand, grammarians are actually very split on the issue of split infinitives in the English language. At one point some linguists decided that English should be modeled after Latin. Other linguists have pointed out that a dead language may not be the best example to follow….

@Nabuquduriuzhur – okay, I’ll bite… how does one combine piano tuning with archery??
