I learned almost 40 years ago NOT to hit snooze. 10 extra minutes doesn’t make you feel better. Pro tip: My clock has 2 alarms, and I used to set one for 2:30 am, and the other for 5:40. When the first one went off, I still had 3 hours to sleep! THAT’S sweet! Of course, then I had kids, and I haven’t slept since 1991!
