The spouse and I went out one Sunday afternoon when High School Boy had invited his girlfriend over to “study”. Came home to find the dining room knee deep in crumpled up notebook paper. Asked what the story was and was told ‘it took a while but I think Girlfriend finally understands how to solve that class of equations’.
