(Apt. 3-G) Yesterday Dan mentioned his friend Rick (?). In today’s strip, the “Big City” director, Blaze Wright shows up and says, “Oh my gosh!! Can that be HIM?!” And then calls HIM “Mr. Diller.” So what if Dan Diller has a beard and dresses like Sonny Crockett in Miami Vice – apparently he’s a big deal.

(Mary Worth) Nice artwork, esp. the last panel…but the story line is making me yawn.
(FoxTrot) The boys are bored with the board game. Bring on the Xbox. Interesting how the Scrabble tiles had to be rearranged to say the same thing in Spanish.
Phantom - artwork commentary. I love the guy’s artwork but have noticed a few inconsistencies from panel to panel - highly unusual for this artist: I get the Sunday Phantom in our local newspaper but not the weekly: So these are a lot more noticeable in the print version, especially #1 below.

Table woman - her jacket has a lot more red in it in her last panel.

Interesting observation, Florchi, on today’s FoxTrot.
JP- the whole week has been about the teenager. When she said nobody pays any attention to her, she meant one certain boy
MW - glad it ended well, but too pat.
A3G = Lots of recap, but big new development too. Hope we learn more tomorrow..
