(FoxTrot) The kids don’t like the eggplant casserole (casuela de berenjenas), but their attempt to fire the chef backfires. I didn’t realize that “Andy” was short for “Andrea.”

The Lottery Commission has to check it out to see that the ticket is not a forgery and the process can take up to 6 weeks.(Judge Parker) No real new development today that I can see.(Mark Trail) This almost happened to me once. I was swimming at Surfside Beach in Texas when I suddenly realized I was way too far from shore. Trying to get back to the beach, I realized that I was working hard to make any progress. When I finally did make it back to the beach, I was a good half mile from where I had started, and tired, almost completely worn out.(Apartment 3-G)(Alley Oop) Very similar to the Apollo configuration. The problem with it is that there is no booster to launch from Earth 2 for the return home. This configuration worked with Apollo only because of the lower gravity on the Moon.(Annie) Chapter 8 of “Little Orphan Annie and Sandy” is at Today’s Annie Comic.
@FlorchiIt’s been a while since I’ve made a study of this kind of thing, but I’m guessing that at the state of the art technology of 25,000 mph, it would take about 6 to 8 months.
A3G – I’d forgotten that Aunt Iris was just sub-leasing the apartment so she probably will be on her way. It’s sound like they hadn’t really known each other until recently.MW – Liza will totally misunderstand sensitive and compassionate. Agree with Florchi, Drew should have been told his dad exactly what the problem is. He’s probably worried about what his dad will think, given the previous episode with Dawn.

(Rex Morgan) Around here it doesn’t take that long to get your money. It depends on how much, but in most cases you get it the same day.
