I had a boss who would think up jobs for me on the spur of the moment, prompting my “line-of-sight” rule: avoid his line-of-sight and avoid the jobs. Later, I discovered that ignoring these jobs held no repercussions. Apparently he forgot about them almost as soon as he “thought” them up!
As an Independent Moderate I must disagree with you. I dislike much the current crop of Democrats have done but as a whole they are not trying to bring down anyone, they are hoping that all can rise to a similar level of equality.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The fallacy of this proposition has been proven numerous time around the world. For US, consider if every one suddenly earned $40k per year. First, the cost of living would increase, wiping out much of the gain. Second, everyone earning $40k would still be poor because they are still at the bottom of the earning scale and can not buy what the guy buys who is earning $60k. So then we would have to raise everyone’s income so that they would be earning $60k. And the process repeats itself until you have a wholly communistic system. There will ALWAYS be poor people. What must be preserved is the opportunity to get out of that situation. Without that opportunity there is no hope.

The democrats premise is that you must bring down the man who has more than you.
When you tear down the the economic class just above you, you eliminate all chance of ever entering that class.
