girl: I used to like labor day weekend a lot more. My dad worked long hours and a lot of weekends. I missed him. But then we'd get three days when he didn't work! We'd go to the lake. We'd play catch. Or just talk. Now he hasn't worked all summer and we're getting on each other's nerves. And labor day is just an extra day when nobody is in their office to read his resume. Frazz: Man, that's irony. girl: Oh, I don't think it's just happening to metalworkers.
