All I can find on kilosegments are phone bill stuff. You can be billed per kilosegment. Still doesn’t say how long it is. But it says a typical customer uses about half a kilosegment for every billing period

The correct metric unit of time is the second. Of course, 86.4 kiloseconds is not very convenient.
