Glad to see the parks are open again!

In the winter you’d enjoy the hiking. In the summer I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere without air conditioning.

Jef — time to move on. This story arc is on it’s own road to monotony.

I like the puns but the way Frazz is not cluing the kid in is a bit frustrating. I’m hoping he’ll put him in the know by Saturday.

This strip sure is edifying and didactic. Sometimes even heuristic.

The flows from the wells fed the Las Vegas Wash, which runs to the Colorado River.”

So apparently Las Vegas was on the road to Los Angeles.

I always heard it as a rented Mule…which always struck me as you would have to pay for the damage.

Is the kid autistic, he seems somewhat literally minded.

I’m getting the impression that he doesn’t know the first thing about Las Vegas either. For too many folks, the only idea they have about our beautiful city (you should see it at night from the hills of Henderson!) is the “sin city” crap.

I lived there for 5 years, my children still live there……it is a city like any in the US. We go to the grocery, Dr’s, school, just like all of you. We rarely go to the “Strip”. We don’t spend our time gambling, we work in the garden. Sheesh

I’ve never been to Las Vegas. I don’t feel the slightest bit deprived; as a matter of fact, quite the opposite! It always sounded like such a miasmic sewer of desperation…the vibes can’t be good…even with free food…

For the record, “strident” is when Poseidon or Neptune goes up on land and uses his 3-pronged scepter as a walking stick.
