Even in England? I thought everyone drank tea in England. This weather looks the same as what we have today here in London Ontario.

Macush, I would love to hear drwatson make that pitch live to Punjabis, Pashtuns (they may agree with the first half, not taking milk with it, but they certainly won’t like the idea of not taking it), ….

You’re right, most people in England drink tea (the word “teetotaler” for non-drinker originally referred to someone who didn’t drink tea rather than alcohol, but got transmogrified in meaning).

I put in cream and sugar. But only in black tea.

In England they drink their tea so strong that you have to put milk in it so it doesn’t curl your teeth. The waiters in Portsmouth all thought I was crazy for only wanting ONE teabag per cup!

They forgot to bring the milk for serving the tea. One of them should bring the umbrella and go getting the milk anyway.

I for myself, like to drink tea with sugar, but I do not put milk in tea. YUK! For drinking coffee, I must have milk and sugar.

The gazebo might float away.
