I’m surprised that Fred could get up that high. He usually has a problem getting into one of the ‘overstuffed’ chairs that belong to his master and mistress.
Around here – Colorado, USA – cedar fences are six feet high. I don’t think Fred is six feet long completely stretched out from front foot to back foot.
See, Fred does have a fenced backyard. His owner doesn’t have to take him for walks like in yesterday’s strip. Fred probably enjoys being in the backyard more where he can run and play than being on a leash.
