I used to get looks when stopping at a gas station in my Nissan Leaf.

I was there to fill the lawn mower gas can.

I had something similar at the pump. It said to pull out my card rapidly. So I did and got an error message telling me to put it back in.

Most of the local pumps have GSTV (Gas Station TV, I kid you not!) on them. I often fantasize about squeezing a tube of crazy glue into the speaker grill…

lmao I wish there were gas pumps that did that.

Something like this could help stop those Crooks who install the card skimming devices in the pumps. It could say:" No no no, that’s illegal. I am recording you and the police are on their way." Then it could make an alarm noise and Flash some strobe lights.

Happens to me all the time. The 3rd swipe of the card finally engages the stoopid machine.
